(b) - Antarctic polar front creates harsh ozone depletion where nitric acid in polar stratospheric clouds reacts with chlorofluorocarbons forming chlorine that catalyzes photochemical destruction of ozone. Since Polar stratospheric clouds are medium on which reservoir chlorine compounds gets converted to ozone by killing chlorine radicals which can be applied for creating hole in ozone layer. 3. (b) - Panchayat Extension to Scheduled Areas (PESA) Act in 1996 was principally introduced to give self rule authority to tribal people so that they can govern themselves with their resources. Under Panchayat Extension to Scheduled Areas (PESA) Act, Gram Sabhas will compulsory performs executive functions which lead to finalization of plans for village Panchayats, arranging good schemes, certificates related to utilization of funds, power related to land acquisition, managing village markets, control money lending an ownership of minor forest produce. 4. Continental drift theory based on large continent Pangaea broke glacial cycle leaving signs of evolution at both stages which influences evolution. With presence of unique primates found in Australia and South America, the effect of continental drift on evolution exits whose final evolution stage Genus Homo took place in last glacial cycles.
