To oversee the temple''s construction and administration, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, established in February 2020, was entrusted with managing one of independent India''s most significant religious projects. Since its formation, the Trust has reportedly received around ₹3,500 crore in cash donations.

Allegations of Financial Irregularities

Recent allegations involving theft, embezzlement of cash, and misappropriation of valuables donated to the temple have raised serious concerns. These allegations represent not only a possible financial crime but also a breach of the faith reposed by millions of devotees.

Opposition parties have demanded a court-monitored central investigation, alleging attempts to protect senior officials.
