Challenges

These initiatives aim to strengthen public transport, encourage electric mobility, and improve urban infrastructure.

Way Forward

India should expand integrated public transport networks, improve last-mile connectivity, promote walking and cycling infrastructure, accelerate electric vehicle adoption, strengthen urban planning, and encourage the use of intelligent transport systems.
