1. If the Parliament has made a Law on matters related to state list, on the request of State Legislatures of two or more states, in that case consider the following Statements:
1. The state legislature concerned may accept the bill or may not accept and make their own law on such matter.
2. When such a law is passed by the Parliament the State legislature can later amend it as per the conditions suitable to the state.
3. Other state can also accept the same law by passing a resolution.
