1. Consider the following statements with respect to Governor of a State:

A Governor shall, notwithstanding the expiration of his term, continue to hold office until his successor enters upon his office.

No person shall be eligible for appointment as Governor unless he has completed the age of thirty years.

The question whether any, and if so what, advice was tendered by Ministers to the Governor shall not be inquired into in any court.
