(a) - The Bank rate in India is determined by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). It is the rate at which RBI makes loans to commercial banks with no collateral. The RBI also provides short term loans to its clients (keeping collateral) at what is called the repo rate 2. (b) - National Water Mission is mainly related to water conservation, lowering of wastage and deals with idea of supply clean water distribution across States using integrated water resources development and management. If the mission of National Water Commission is fully workable, then citizens of India will get maximum purified water after recycling waste water. Further the mission of Nation Water Commission is to make use of sea water through process of Reverse Osmosis so that maximum water can be supplied. 3.
