The ordinance also dissolves the Environment Pollution Prevention and Control Authority (EPCA) for the NCR and gives statutory authority to the Commission for Air Quality Management. EPCA was not a statutory body. National Green Tribunal (NGT) will be hearing cases of Commission for Air Quality Management. 5-B It is an organization under Ministry of Electronics and Information technology, GOI. It is a nodal agency in dealing with issues relating to cybersecurity threats like Hacking and phishing. It submits the reports regarding cybersecurity threats to the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS) and other security agencies which includes warning, analyzing of cybersecurity threats. It has been pointed out that almost 35% of all cyberattacks come from China.
